For the last couple years now I have had a big problem with the slot machines and online. I went through a stage couple years back I couldn’t keep myself away from betting shops for the slot machines or the online. Last week now I’ve found a new way of depositing. This is where it all went wrong. I seen I could deposit through phone bill. So I turned to depositing through my partners phone bill each day I deposited £30 only because that was the limit. Ranking the bill up and up. I finally today Closed the account. Knowing this was coming in between my relationship. I need to get the habit out of my System. Each day I am getting out of bed and thinking of the slots.

It sounds like you might have managed to stay gamble free for quite a long time in between though, so well done for that. It sounds like having blocks in place might have been helping but when an opportunity did arise you felt unable to resist.
