A positive step as I can become almost obssesive login and "finding" a bet! A jockey, a cliff horse a special price boost.

Hoping this will stop my desire to look at betting. 3 apps gone!!

28.10.21 - Will be a fresh beginning.

Hi @sinceninetyeight,

Well done on taking the step to remove those three apps. I know in the past you've said you want to cut down rather than quit, but if you have decided to stop completely, you may find it helpful to take the following steps to stop yourself being tempted to install the apps again.

Self-exclude from all online gambling sites registered in the UK: https://www.gamstop.co.uk/

Install blocking software to prevent you being able to open gambling sites and apps on your phone and other devices: https://www.gamcare.org.uk/self-help/blocking-software/

Your bank may be able to block online gambling transactions for you:

Whether you want to stop altogether or just cut down, please do feel free to contact us on the National Gambling Helpline - 0808 8020 133 or by Livechat. We can talk you through your options and offer you ongoing support.

Keep posting,
