Day 10 complete. A difficult day as I was out watching the football - usually prime conditions for me. Managed to avoid the temptation though so pleased with that.

Day 20 today. Bit of a tough day with a few things going on and events Id typically gamble on. Eager to succeed and avoid the temptation though

Havent checked in on this forum in a while but still going strong. Day 33 today so happy to have surpassed the 1 month barrier. Key has been staying active - family and gym taking up the majority of my time.
By filling my time it gives me less time to think about gambling. Family life is better too - its so obvious to see the impact you have on those around you with a clearer mind.
Bank holiday weekend upcoming but confident I will get through it gamble free..............
