As I'm sure you know, moments or thoughts are ok.ams part of the journey. It's actions that count so well done for being two weeks of freedom. Keep your strength up and working on yourself down your own recovery road my friend. Just takes determination which I'm sure you haveÂ

You're a very humble person, and same as the lovely Pink Lady says that I know you might not quite see this as a medal achievement ... but i'd like to agree to disagree, you have earned that medal, and thrown everything you have into your recovery journey so far, to make it your own and make it work for you. I think especially as this is your first real full on go at recovery, it is absolutely incredible. What a complete overhaul and change you've made in that time, and have kept your promise to yourself.Â
