Hi guys I have hit rock bottom with no money struggling with bills and has made me realise I can not keep on gambling to try and make money for bills . Can you please support me in anyway you can . Am not sleeping managed to sort a new bank account today and made contact with step change who are gonna try and help me with my debt . But need your support to help me not to gamble .

Had a bad day today and gambled grrr am so upset with my self lost it all . Need help and guidelines to get through this good side is all my money has gone till next pay day now .
