keep going , keep strong and put the blocks in place, which I guess didn't stop you when those 3 months disappeared, no shame at all we all been there but make sure anything that gives a chance for you to gamble is gone get self excluded destroy or give cards to people you trust don't carry cash ect keep going my friend

How do you feel at the moment about gambling is the addiction wearing off?
Im starting to get little voice in my head... 'go on have a tenner you could win 100. I stayed strong today and just went on a mad one and started cleaning all day!
