Well with every good story there's a "twist" ....... I slept for 15 hours last night it took me half an hour to get to sleep and i was worried i couldnt get to sleep as i was sooo tired ,,,,,,, then like a flick of a switch i was out like a light and didnt wake up for 15 hours.....

Boy did i feel refreshed when i woke up......

So much so i saw a deal for the donkey kong bananza thats released today and bought it..... collected it...... and played it tonight.... boy it's good!!!!

Also sat in the sun for a few hours as it was super nice again.....

Then cooked a massive bolognese (as im no longer calorie counting)..... ate it and felt full of energy so i went to the gym for a quick couple thousand steps......was on the treadmill and saw a friend in there so he joined me next to me on treadmills and beofre u know it id been on the an hour and a half.....i done 19,000 steps today.....

So ive pretty much done 100,000 steps (99) in five days.....cracking effort......

I'm going to cook the first of five healthy dinners ive found on you tube tomo......

Going to get some turkey mince and cook a burrito .....with plenty of veg.....here's hoping its a nice as it looks on the video and i can pull it off.....

Today has been another great day..... was up till 4am last night....then slept till 2pm.....so ten houurs sleep so so happy with that..... will need to start to get into better sleeping hours for monday for work....

Woke up......sat in sun......eggs on toast......went to gym.....1.5 hours walking.....went to sainsburys......cooked my burrito.... was lovely..... went for another walk.....had a bath.....

Going to sunbath gym burrito tomo.....will cook it for a friend....

ps last 6 days 116,376 steps wooooooooooow what a productive week ey  and made serious inroads into my diet.....
so its the end of my holiday but ended on a high by doing 24,000 steps today.....bringing me to 140400 for the week.....20k average a day......

weighed myself at heaviest time of day today and its bang on 87kg so thats 1kg better than at recent weeks at this time.....

onwards i go
13 days later...... Finnished the month on 515,000 steps 16,600 a day average......Eaten better and just rewarded myself with a pappa johns and milkshake as a reward for the month....

It's my personal best month and i dont think ill be able to recreate it again this month but im going to rest up tomo then go again on sunday.....

Thing was i didnt have any rest days this month so if i was to recreate this motnh then tomo ill be walking again.....

Have to see how i feel when i wake....

Here i am a week later.......was taking a step back from steps this week.....but even tho i thought that ive still managed to do my 100k steps.....

Eaten a bit worse this week...... Less of my fresh ingrediants more simple foods along with deserts.....

All started as two weeks ago i ate two doughnuts at work and some moaom fruity sweets all over a few days......then weighed myself and im back to 88 kgs.......after all that work the previous couple of months...This is the realisation that weight just sticks to me.....So ive decided im not in too bad shape and will keep up with the exerciese but not the diet side of things.....
