The last few days have been busy at work and feels like this weeks gone real quick. No gambling urges or thoughts to report. I hope everyone has a fantastic weekend. 159 days GF.

Did weekly food shopping yesterday and studied my course. After that watched the England game. In the evening, went round a friends house for a catch up. We were sat outside with some drinks and nibbles. It was so refreshing.
Spent whole day at work work today so not much fun. 161 days GF.

Day off today. Kept myself busy with chores, dog walk, cooking and some relaxing watching netflix. Went to the bank with the missus to pay in a cheque. No gambling urges or thoughts. All guards in place. 162 days GF.

Sad to see England lose the world cup semifinal but kind of happy in a way that I didn't put a bet or had any urges to put one.

I used to relish working nights when I was gambling as it would give me a perfect opportunity to play roulette on my phone. Now, I'm reading my course text book whilst working through the night. No gambling thoughts or urges. Long may it continue. 172 days GF.

Went to the cinema today to watch Mama Mia 2 and we both thoroughly enjoyed it.
