I'm absolutely delighted to share with you all that today I'm 6 months gamble free. Of course, it's still early days but I'm proud of myself that I've come a long way. Finished work in the morning had a couple of hours kip and now switching to the day mode again.

I'm so happy and proud that I haven't gambled for 200 days. Six months ago life was a right mess but slowly I've turned it around. It's nowhere near fully fixed but it's definitely heading in the right direction. I appreciate that it's still early days but I'm confident with the continuos support of my girlfriend and the amazing people in this forum, I will be able to stay gamble free forever.
