Had a busy day yesterday. Got home really late and didn't even get a chance to update my diary. Nothing major to report. No urges to gamble. So far so good. I hope everyone is having a fab weekend. 77 days GF.

Me and my girlfriend went to play basketball in the afternoon. It was fun plus a bit of workout too. After tea read few posts on the forum as a therapy. It was a good day. 78 days GF.

I've got an ulcer inside my mouth which is making difficult for me to eat and it's painful too so not a happy bunny at the moment. Like the saying goes in every grey cloud there is a silver lining I suppose it's one way of losing weight. 80 days GF.

started the day with a dog walk in the morning followed by some cleaning in the house. Did the lawn in the afternoon enjoying the sun. Cooked dinner in the evening. Early start at work tomorrow so early night for me. I hope everyone had a great day in the sun. 82 days GF.

I came home so knackered after work yesterday. Hardly did anything after dinner. Early bed means I had a good sleep. So, updating my diary now quickly before i shoot off to work. I hope everyone is having a fab weekend. Good luck to those running the London Marathon. 84 days GF.

Just dropped the dog off at the vet for his castration surgery poor sod feel sorry for him but it's for his own good.
Day off yesterday kept myself busy with dog walk, chores and reading gamcare forum. I have day off work today as well and I will do more of the same today to keep my mind busy. I have my guards in place. I will not gamble. I'm getting ever so closer to my first 90 GF days. Taking one day at a time. The sun is out I hope everyone has a good day today. 87 days GF.
