Hi need

Thanks for your kind words and yes you can do it one day at a time

Your mindset has already changed because of the way you are now seeing the ridiculous destructive addiction for what it is POINTLESS

Keep strong and positive and keep going

You are doing great

Hi need

Whatever way we do this it doesn't matter as long as it works and that's what counts

I lost my laptop but hey I have an IPAD but I have no incentive to gamble on it it's soo clean (if that makes sense) even now if I saw my laptop it would still be too painful to look at it and I would feel sick just keep your new phone clean lol

And yes I find posting and writing on here has definitely helped me to get to 79 days

And I love your phrase looking forwards with no regrets

That is really positive

You are on right track keep going and stay strong

Suzannexx

PS I learn something new everyday on here about myself I guess you will find the same x

Hi need

You have done one whole week so go for 2nd week as your next goal you are doing soo well but do it taking one day at a time and well done for using the triangle cos it does work

Stay strong and determined and keep going putting every barrier in place that you have

Feeling low is part of the recovery but you probably feel more positive today cos everyday we can feel different high low happy sad that is why I call it my roller coaster journey ride through the negatives and embrace the positives

Keep going and going

Good morning.

Well done on your journey so far.

I really think you can do this.

Are you receiving any counselling either over the phone or face to face?

I have started Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) & am understanding things so much better.

It is too hard to do this without professional help.

You may like to get a "Buddy" someone similar to you who has overcome all the early obstacles.

If you like the Buddy idea put a quick mail on the site & ask. I have seen a few offering to be Buddies.

Best wishes,

Suzy
