Its been a while, I hope those who know me are still on the straight and narrow and those that don't are staying strong.
I have had the strangest last 12 months, and in some ways the stress has somehow pulled me away from feeling the need to gamble recklessly or frequently.
I took the advice and put all the blocks in place, it really makes a difference!
If I want a coupon on (which is few and far between), I will go in put it on and leave.
Not nailed it fully obviously, but feel far more in control and 100 times happier.
Anyway, I am back as I know where my moods go from now until Springtime and therefore need to go the last mile and put a lid on this for good.
