well ive been doing so well feeling so much better in myself go the bookies to cash a bet in to pretty much throw another one on nothing major but took my bank card without realising had money in it that i forgot to transfer in to my other account which i always keep the card at home and if your looking for any ideas it helps massively just clearly not when you forget to transfer money over to it like i have done today. Very silly mistake we start again really need to stay away from them horses☹️ Hope everyone is well and staying strong.

Keep you chin up mate and keep working hard.

I’ve had a set back recently and I’ve put some things in place to get me back on the tight path.

Don't be too hard on yourself and more importantly learn from it. This addiction will come up with any excuse to gamble again. Remember why you had the need to transfer your money in the first place. Stay strong and never go back there again.
