Time to start another attempt at giving up gambling.
I know I can do this. I've managed more than a year without gambling on a few occasions over the last few years. Something always lures me back in though. It never takes long after that first bet to slip back into the old wasteful routine.
Day 1.

Day 1. Same as that mate, i start again today. I know i can do it as well, giving myself a good kickin, stamp on it now and never go back. Lets stay out of the shops . Good luck Curly 10 Rainman
Hi Curly.
Firstly, well done on knowing you can abstain for a year! I too have been able to abstain for a long period of time, until fairly recently. For me, self exclusion worked best. I personally do not like to put blocks on my phone/iPad, so excluding from all online sites, was the next best thing.
Take care and focus on your future goals.
Our Lady.
Good to see a diary from a name I recognise from years gone by, you were the first person to ever post to me Curly many years ago. Sorry that you are back on due to hitting problems again, best wishes.
Hello Curly. Uncannily you was also the first person to ever post to me many moons ago. It's possibly a longer process for some for the penny to finally fall.
You know you can do it and despite not knowing you I also know you can do it.

Ok. Day 1 again. Time to stop f*****g around and get committed to recovery.
