terrible gambling day yesterday lost to much that I cant afford. I wanted that money to do some work in my flat, but lost it all in a few hours sat down pressing buttons on slots and roulette.
how stupid, have tried to stop so many times but have always failed.

Mate, get the blocks in place - you sound like I felt when I hit rock bottom. If you are determined to stop those awful feelings will start to fade and you will get stronger. Im only 12 days in but already more positive.
Keep coming on here- it really is a brilliant tool in the fight against this horrible addiction.
