Well I really picked a hard day to stop gambling! (when is a good day?) im home alone with money in the bank!! arghhhh.... but even though ive had several urges ive taken some great advice from the phone support and kept myself busy by clearing cupboards! i know sounds boring but it has done the trick so far! im off to the gym in a bit also. I have only been online to write this as the temptation is too overwhelming! believe this is not easy and I am beginning to sound like a mad person but im so desperate to have normality in my life without guilt,anger and pain i will try anything! Ive also decided to do a daily check on how much money im saving to help with my addiction. Wish me luck! Louise
