Well done on realising it is a problem, I was exactly the same and would go into a trance when gambling then leave and think w*f. Then I'd get in a circle of just doing the same thing over and over again. For me it was about hitting rock bottom remembering that horrible feeling and just doing ur best to not go back there. Every day you stop it gets easier and you feel better. I'm only a few weeks in but already feeling so much better. Good luck mate you can do it
