Well done đŸ™‚
This is the first diary I've read through and I like the semmingly short period you have managed to change things .. Though it's over a lot longer than the 5 mjntutes I took to read it đŸ™‚
I'm in the same boat 50+ days behind you .. Online roulette was my down fall but as you did I told my wife and she controls everything and I just have my bank card for when I'm now allowed money .. One day I'll be able to have the money and keep it but till that day .. I'll be gambling free like yourself đŸ™‚
Well done again
Kris
Well done on the 56 days of winning. I to miss the Saturday afternoons watching soccer Saturday with Jeff and Chris Kamara they was the bets I was showing my partner the £1 Accas with a dream win while really I was thinking about what I had lost while nipping into the bookies to put it on the or the £200 treble id done online. I know I can't do that fun bet anymore it's a shame because it used to be fun.
62 days.
Hope everyone had a happy and gamble free Christmas with their families.
68 days.
No urges or thoughts of wanting to gamble.
Day 73 and still going strong.
Next target is 100 days.
Day 75.
Must say I'm starting to have thoughts of can I just have the odd football bet as that was never my problem. Fobt were my downfall!
Deep down I know I can't as football bets always seemed to end with roulette/slots.
Need to stay strong and continue with the good work.
85 days and still going strong.
Getting closer to the 100 day mark. Thinking about gambling a lot less now than I was but not going to get complacent.
93 days.
One week until I hit the 100 day mark. Something that for a long time never seemed possible.
Well done ! Keep it up
105 days.
Thinking about gambling a lot less and putting my time into other things.
Next target 150 days.
117 days and counting.
Not posting as regular on here but still visiting the site most days and reading other people's stories. I find it really helps me to stay focuses and not get complacent.
All the best to everyone, hope people are beating this horrendous addiction.
122 days. Really tempted to have a football bet today but resisted. Feeling a bit vulnerable at the moment. Need to stay strong!!
Hi Red
Just wanted to say well done on your achievement so far.
It is natural for you to get those cravings. Just let them come and go. Like waves, they will eventually come crashing down once you ride them out.
Take care and remain strong.
Feb.
Relapse!
Got complacent and gave into having that football bet I've missed.
No damage done financially so it's back to the drawing board and counter set back to 0.
It's been a bad couple of weeks. No major damage done but let's just say I got complacent.
Back to zero and need to put some barriers in place.
Will be on here every day again commenting and reading others posts.
It was never going to be easy and I have come a long way over the last five months. Not going to let this relapse ruin all that hard work.
