Day off work today so going to keep myself super busy and do some gardening.

Gutted about the last couple of weeks but can't do anything about it now. Just got to learn from it and start again.

Had a really busy day at work. Most mportantly I've not thought about gambling and just felt regret at what's happened over the last couple of weeks after doing so well for months.

Going to try and stop feeling regret and get the barriers in place to not allow me to get complacent again.

Back to square one! Need to get some barriers in place.

Done it before I can do it again!

Sorry to hear this Red - you need to do some things differently to stop hitting this same hurdle. Let me know if you want to chat and we can try and help each other. Take care.

So having done almost 200 days without a bet it's all gone wrong. Classic case of complacency and thinking I'll just have a small bet on the football. It soon then escalated to online casinos etc.

Fortunately I haven't done a massive amount of damage financially but still makes me feel sick to think I've been so stupid.

Today is day 1 - I'm going to try and update as regular as possible as I have found posting on here and reading other people's stories has really helped in the past.

Hope everyone else is doing ok and beating this awful addiction.
