Day 1 of being gamble free. Not feeling the urge but I probably will later when I get a bit bored. Trying to keep busy. I can do this.
My urges are so impulsive though, one minute I can be making a drink the next i'll be putting hundreds on the roullette.
Its incredibly addictive isn't it? have you thought about getting some counselling from Gamcare?

Hope your doing well like.yourself.I've only just started this is.my 7th day. On Saturday I had huge urges to gamble but managed to fight against it. Next day I woke up feeling great. I've been watching box sets on Netflix to keep me occupied.
