Day 11 gambling free.
Another milestone in my recovery. Got my day planned out and my guard up, no demons getting in today, sorry.
Watching footie then nice lunch, paid for by me. That's a first and would not have been possible previously because I would have been paying for Mr Hill and Mr Coral to have a nice lunch on me.
Not anymore I am afraid gentlemen the gravy train has left the station with my wallet safely on board....
Hope al is well with everyone, keep clean, keep strong and kick a demon today my friends.
