Hello.. 

Slept OK. 

Read some diaries.. One particular one touched the heartstrings... But am taking the positives also from it.. That the forum and support can offer once again normality. I wish this person well.. There was so much we could have continued to talk off.. Thats me being selfish. Things never stay the same. Why should they? in fact in the last 2 weeks this is a 3rd person who has said there farewells..... I can understand people wanting to connect outside here from the bonds they form..the release this place gives to talk is amazing but I can understand them wanting total freedom from even the word gambling.. Hence to break free 

So today basic stuff.. Shop. Clean.. Potter about really.. Maybe cinema if friends feeling better.. 

Today i will not gamble..

Thank you for popping by my diary. I hope you’re having a relaxing afternoon. I just wanted to say I hope you didn’t leave chat with any doubts, I think we had a good discussion with different views, however it was all respectful and no one was in anyway upset. I think sometimes these things are just what we need to be able to express our views and opinions about topics that we would not ordinarily have the opportunity in the real world with friends and families, even if we have a difference of opinion. 

I hope you’re not suffering too much and the coffee and pills did the job.

Sunday.. 

Up early on wet n windy day.. 

Heart missed a heat.. Scottie dog lying on floor on waking.. She's usually on chair or sofa. At 13.5 I worry some days.. But she's OK.. On sofa now asleep.. 

Up early today.. 

Will not gamble.. Sunday was a day I didn't really go to casino for last few years anyway so its not a I miss it day to be fair. Periodically did lottery but few n far between... 

Going meet girls for run and maybe coffee n food after.. 

Won't be doing much later.. Then it's TV... And another gf week ticked off.. 

Hope everyone has an easy day. From various reads on here Sunday can be a long day...
