Morning.. 

Had a fair sleep. Random dream which I don't want to go into but suffice to say I tend to relate a lot to dreams so googled possible reasons. One defined it as a connection with breaking an old habit..? These signs matter to me. I know as you will say on here it's just a dream. But just because I snooze doesn't mean my brain and thought process snooze too.. 

Anyway a light day today. 

Today i won't gamble.. 

I've got Chores to do. 

Need Petrol. 

Shop. 

Think i'll have a catch up on a boxset day later to occupy the afternoon. Post 1pm chat.. Or a movie.. Would have gone cinema today but friend takes grand children dance lessons.. 

Read some diaries.. Lots going on. I wish people an easy day.. 

If anyone on a milestone today then well done.. Anyone joining 100 day club today hello..

Weather is mild and certainly nice enough to encourage me to get outside and enjoy do e fresh air..

Had a good day.. Resolved a few things.. Good in chat at one.. Churned over a few feelings.. 

Chat  tonight was light but appropriate to needs. 

So another gf day. 

Got tomorrow sorted too.

Well re jigged today.. Got circuit at 3.45.. So its cinema Friday or Saturday.. Its still pub later hopefully too. 

Gives me time to shop. N clean first today. 

Feeling OK. And will not gamble. 

I think of the potential of what gambling can give. That is a decent cash win but I don't miss actually gambling.. So thats a positive.. Because so many people say fleetingly I wish I could win my living not have to earn it anymore..that doesn't mean to say they are gamblers 

Windy n Blowy out but spring time approaching can be iffy..

Hi Boo

Just wanted to pop by and say a quick hello as I missed chat this evening but hopefully will catch you in there tomorrow. 

Don't envy you having to go out at this hour to work, although I often wonder if I’d be better of working night shifts. I’m tired all day and then when it comes to bed time, I become wide awake and can’t get to sleep. I’m sure it would be very different if I actually did. 

I hope the night goes quickly for you and is relatively calm. 

Glad despite the thoughts, you stayed strong!

Wednesday hello. 

Cold but lovely outside. Scottie boo just having a good old bark at ginge the cat next door. ?unsure about 1pm chat today with agenda 

Meeting girls for chat n coffee then have a 2.5 hour workshop to attend related to work. Always nice they put butties on. Free Tea n coffee. Well not free really as the payment comes out of my union money subscription which over the years mounts to  a tidy sum. They have about 4 a year in this area.. But widespread over the country..

Got back from my workshop.. Always useful topics. Nice butties too. 

So very pleased with myself today.. 

The above venue is located near to casino sites in our city. As I was leaving., not that I could have gambled, I thought fleetingly about the potential of winning but the actual act of gambling just did not appeal. ?

Did my little errands, came home and sat here waiting for my tea.. Eat eat eat today. 

Looking forward to watching Dawn French little TV series 9pm.. Life is good

Chat was quiet but productive. Cheltenham is throwing a few spanners in peoples works.. 

I'm ok.Bit tired.. Other than that done all I should have today..

Got a few things twirling in my head but nowt a bit of sleep won't put right.. 

Locked into plans  and all day tomorrow so busy busy unless at 11th hour things alter ?

Anyway another day gf..

Hello Thursday.. Light outside.. Cold though. 

Got enough on to occupy all day. Attend course at work then friends for some dinner. Need a quick nip into. Shop at some point.

One of my running friends is in low mood. The two of them were at outs last week but they did seem OK at weekend. The one in low mood I do have to work harder with her than she does me. I message everyday but her replies are short but at least she is communicating. Friendship will conquer. 

As for me and gambling well no to that today. Hope all get through the urges too. Well done anyone hitting a milestone or day count or courageously entering a first chat session. 

Hope to be in chat. Its what keeps me sane even though the bean bags are scattered and empty at the mo. ?. There have been several comings and goings lately and sudden no returnees but I hope they picked up enough to support recovery out there. 

So best be off to start the day..
