Thank you for your comments 🙂
46 and out, gamblerJames and sjwsjw much appreciated.
I have been unwell over Christmas and New Year but only a cold luckily, managed to dodge the flu.
Just over 8 weeks gamble free now, will hit 2 months in a couple of days. 1 more week before pay day and I can clear another chunk of debt off. Cannot wait till it's cleared. I think that will be the true test for me, when I have cleared the damage I caused and have money available. I feel like I'll be ok as I can never imagine going back to gambling ever again. I have read a few posts this week from people who have relapsed heavily so I'll need to continue to be on my guard and let my husband have access to my bank statements. The plan is to plough all the money I currently use to pay off the debt, in to a savings account. It will be great to see my debt hit 0.00 and my savings start to rise.

Have a good weekend all Stay GF!

Congratulations on 70 Days gamble free. Your really cool now you ain't no slot fool.

Very impressed with your drive and ambition. You are being positive, cheerful and proactive in all aspects of recovery.

I really appreciated your kind words and the support I received following my slip. It felt awful to have relapsed into that nightmare world and than having to start again.

Take care my friend...stephen x

Thanks for the posts guys.

Glad to see you back in the gamble free game Stephen. We are all in this together and it's that fact that we are trying to beat this beast that makes us winners.

Have a good weekend everyone! 🙂

86 days today. Been regretting my actions that got me in this position. I know I'm doing so well and will continue to do so but I've felt really stupid for the last couple of days. I wish I'd reached out to my husband sooner. Such an idiot.
Anyway... in 2 weeks I'll be half way through paying off the debt and in 100 days from now I will be debt free. I think I'll feel better once I've paid it all back.
