Get well soon Shiny! It really is lousy when you feel poorly, everyone seems to be catching something at the moment. Lousy timing too. If you feel up to it I wish you well on your continued adventures, don't worry about handling situations, new environments because you will handle them, you're tough, you're stronger than before, you're all new, you're Shiny.

Take care, have a lemsip on me and breathe easy my friend, let the world roll on by.

Steve

Oh sorry your feeling rubbish shiny. What cr** timing that was but at least you can rest up and try and recover slightly.

So im thinking about getting duncs to send you some meals on wheels seen as though the food isnt up to much.. Im afraid I would have to complain and at least get some free treatments out of them lol...

Shiny.

I hope you found some suitable food today!!!

Nowt worse than a stay somewhere that delivers poor quality food !!!

A lesson you could teach them if no improvement sit in that bar and order a pizza delivery!!!!!! Heard about it happening in a starred establishment!! Made the staff pay a huge effort for the rest of the stay lol!!

Hope your feeling better.

We are a tad wet lol

Good Evening,

I think your holiday sounds amazing. I would love to be able to get away on my own if only for a few days. Long sleeps, lazing around reading some books all of which sounds marvellous to me.

Enjoy the peace and quiet.

Tomso.

Yo,

Look at that a signal .wonders will never cease .

Watched that Russle Brand documentary last night about addiction and recovery . Really not over keen on him but was interested in pionts of view that came across . It is about drug and alcohol addiction , but I could relate to quite a lot of it . Maybe worth looking at to anyone who is interested, it's on bbc I player .

Thunder and lightning all night . Looks like more of the same today , do not think I will be venturing out today .

Sitting here typing , and suddenly noticed how quiet it is . Like silence quiet . Love it .

When I was in hospital, they were taken a back by my low noise tolerance . There was even talk of me having a brain scan for it . It's not that I have ultra sensitive hearing , it just really uncomfortable and irritating , at times . I manage at work , I manage at home . But it's in my down time , that it effects me the most .

Anyways here I am , feeling totally relaxed , really enjoying the moment , 3 days left of this bliss , by the time I return I should be a new women lol

Shiny xxxxxxxx

Hi Shiny.. thanks for dropping in. I think i will stick to the camel for now lol I did have a motorbike years ago. I had a crash.. it freaked me out. I don't fancy getting another.

Must admit am not fully up to date with your life. But am i right in saying that your on holiday on your Jack Jones (own) ?? ... fair play if ya are. I have huge respect for folks that go off and do their own thing. I once went to the states on me own (pre-Cg days), well barclaycard did pay for it. I hated it. I got lonely and came home early.. but then i was only 22... i'd prob be able to enjoy it more now as I more settled in me own company. Anyway this is irrelevant if my skim reading of your back posts is wrong and your actually with friends and family in Ipswich... but hey ho 🙂

As for the noise intolerance am with you on that one. I am very sensitive to noise. Screaming babies, children, screeching people with learning disabilities.. they all do my fruit in. A certain section of the population has a hyper-senitivity to ones environment... its an evolutionary thing. Read "the highly sensitive person" Elaine aron.. I relate to it for sure.

Anwyay i best stop my rambling in your diary. Good stuff on keeping away from the gambling... S.A 🙂

Hey Shiny

Glad to see your chillaxing......I also watched that Russell Brand docu a few weeks ago and yep I admit that i'm not so keen on him personally..in fact i've been known to refer to him as "that brat/t****r" cos as we know I have a problem expressing an opinion...lol and P.s I wanted to put a rocket under his insipid mother!...

Even at the end I was shocked that he would still trade it all in for one hit of H...just shows you the power and hold it has eh?

So wondering whats on the menu tonight Shiny...the rain in still falling mainly in the north but no thunder just yet .....

On the noise thing I can tolerate most noises but if im stressed everything seems to tick me off..

.

Screaming babies on long haul flights will do it and the way my ex ex boyfriend (now best pal) eats chicken...it drives me mad!!.plus he has a clicking jaw....aaaarrghhhh !

Keep chilling and relaxing as its just what you need.

R and D xxx
