Bear.

Fella the harsh reality of life as an active gambler is each punt further detaches us from the world.

What we eventually stake becomes something you cannot win back in the bookies.

I walked in those shoes my friend.

Time for you to help yourself, put those blocks in place, seek serious help, make an urgent appointment with your gp, be totally honest with them.

You need help fella, please take it.

You are right in your self diagnosis, you are ill, there is a way to treat the illness, it will take a lifetimes work but believe me it will be worth it.

Allow yourself to take what is on offer.

Recovery is waiting, you have to want it more than you want that next punt.

There is no stake to be waged, but a re education.

I hope you don't choose addiction and wage something irreplaceable.

Abstain and maintain

Duncs stepping forward never back.

That's really positive bear, you are starting to feel human again, and each day you will feel more human,

Keep going abstaining and maintaining one step a time.

Hi bear,

You're doing well, keep on recovery road my friend. Trust is very hard to get back, words are not enough, time to show how committed you are to change in actions. I know you are strong enough to push through this, family is priority, keep making the right choice. Gift yourself your life bk. You're worth it.

Day at a time, be kind to you

Sandra x
