234 days mate, well done you are flying!

I have 9 points on my license so now drive like an old lady, you should be okay doing 41/42mph in a 40, highly unlikely you will get a ticket.

Hi Speedy Gonzales. Can't imagine you getting done for that, I always thought you were allowed 10%.

Congratulations on 234 Days gamble free . You are one of the shining lights up ahead on the recovery road. Friends like you are a reminder that we can overcome the urges, if only we stay focussed and don't lose our way.

I have chosen some music as a tribute to your excellent progress. It is a really fun song which I last posted when Sharon passed the 234 marker......Stretch 234 (Feat Pharel) by Watch The Duck .....Shawty keep working - Gotta keep them bills paid - If you focus on what you want - You can have anything.

Take care my friend and keep blazing that trail....stephen

Day 235

Still Gambling Free ! Had Massive Urge to gamble last week but I reflect from what happened to me last time I did it. I also think of how much respect I would have lost for myself ! It’s been a roller coaster ride but I ain’t tapping out .

@Matt thank you brother , 9 points wow ! Well I haven’t heard back from them and it’s already been 10 days ago but I would assume I’m safe if nothing happens till Monday.

@Sir Stephen , thanks for your the encouraging message and support . I’ve just listened to the song you’ve recommended , it’s so up beat 🙂 I think I’ve got a new work out music ! I hope you’re keeping well and still going to the gym regularly.

Hi Sars, 235 days GF is incredible and shows you what a strong and determined individual you are. Keep up the good work, urges will come and go, main thing is you aren't acting upon them.

Day 240

Still GAMBLE FREE and Living the Dream 🙂 . Not a single day goes by that I have not thought of how lucky I am to have realised how bad it could’ve been if I carried on flushing all our hard worked money down the drain . I’m forever thankful for another chance & opportunity in life. It hasn’t been an easy ride but hell no i’m giving up for my love ones !

Stay away from the gambling guys.

Congratulations Sars on 250 days gamble free. Great progress by a good man.

Hope your still working out in the gym. A healthy mind and a healthy body has got to be helpful.

I am curled up on my sofa ready for a chilled out evening but you inspire me. I'm now off to the gym for a 30 mins x-trainer & rowing machine than half hour in the pool.

Take care my friend and keep up the good work...stephen

Thanks for posting yesterday, I am pretty chuffed to be honest but without being 'woe is me' wished I'd done this a few years ago. But I guess we live andd learn! Brilliant to hear you so enthusiastic and grabbing life by the b***s. Happy Monday my friend S:)
