Good luck my friend. You've already proved you're better than gambling. See it off for good this time. Don't underestimate it's power... It has been waiting patiently for you until your guard was down... You won't let that happen again.

You will be happy.

Good luck! I stopped 13 days ago, and lasted 10 days. Had a small slip 3 days ago. So back to only 3 days now. Would love to get to 800 days, what an achievement!

23 days been as easy as before. Hope the addiction doesnt bite again.

This is one thing i think i can control, but many things that are in my head i dont think i can.

Keep on the right track look after my wife and also my parents i say to myself.

Around 4 yr ago i would have easily ended my life as it took hold and didnt see an escape. Today i enjoy the nicer things in life with being well paid and appreciate them more. But demons are there just on hold.

Jason70. 63 days is a great start to a new life. Congrats

Great you have a supportive and loving wife. I fell the pull from the tv and radio commercials too. It’s hard to get it out of my head

Keep going. Gf life is the goal.

Carol.

99 days. 99 reasons to be happy. Being in self control is my biggest achievement. Its a challenge and one we can all do together.
