I'm annoyed at the site too, because again it's one I'm supposed to be self excluded from and I emailed them in the past to update details to ensure I remained excluded. I thought the self exclusions would be a safeguard, but they seem to be meaningless.
I've ordered a book to read from the library on problem gambling. I need to give myself a proper kick up the a**e. I've been such an idiot. Again.
