day 130

if im totally honest at points this week i didnt think i was gonna make it to the end of the week but i have im glad to say and back fighting strong again, i know its about complacency and these attacks can strike at anytime but i was going so well that was the shock part.

saying that i know totally know what and how i can beat these urges so i feel like another hurdle has crossed,

my next hurdle is 150 days which is in 20 days and then xmas will be upon us so all is good again

thanks for the encouragement and keep doing what your doing guys

Hey Mate,

Cheers for the post as ever. Well done on getting through this week. I think having a tough day or tough few days can actually strengthen our resolve. You are probably already looking back at this week with a real sense of pride and using it as a springboard toward that 150 days.

With you every step of the way buddy!

Hey lovely George x

I haven't been around this week much as I have been away for the weekend and hols next week so I won't be logging in after tomorrow for about 3 weeks...but I'll be thinking of you and spurring you on. You are doing so very well Carl and without you on this journey, I wouldn't be where I am now. I especailly wouldn't be able to go on holiday due to giving my hard earned money to the gambling demons!

I notice you had urges but you fought them Carl...be proud of yourself, proud that you fought them and proud you have come this far. You are doing so well and I just know that you will continue to keep fighting because you've proved that life has so much more to offer than that lonely desperate world of gambling.

Thank you once again Carl...and i'll be waiting on that winning line when you finish your marathon with a tray of cream cakes for you!

Take care lovely

Forwards not back

Jewels x

Thanks for posting on my diary Dr Carl. The past 3 weeks have been a bit of a rollercoaster but I'm trying to hold on tight.

Well done on your progress- I've not had a chance to read your diary properly (but I will!)

day 133

Back to work today and busy so no chance and no thoughts of gambling. It is bloody freezing outside so I'm reading some diaries until I can get motivated to get back outside for my running training.
