Hello again mate , I'd agree with HL regards telling your Mrs as it will get it out in the open and it becomes much harder to slip back into former ways if it's not just yourself your accountable to ! But I can't agree with the other statement , If your willpower is strong enough and you wan't to stop gambling more than you want to place another bet then of course you can do it , I've done the same for the last 13 months with only this place for support and a good dose of self control and willpower to see me through and It's worked just fine but if you find that willpower slipping or the urges too strong there's plenty of other tools in the shed :)) .
