Not a lot to report as I am so busy at work that my feet haven't touched the ground for 2 weeks. Just had a few minutes to check in and saw my gamble free day counter says 150 days. Nice to see it ticking over and I know that today is going to be another great GF day because that is what i choose! Hope your days are also great!

Life is good, no desire to gamble, no thoughts, urges or inclination but ..... no complacency! Looking forward to a weekend away with friends playing golf and maybe enjoying a beer or two! Nice to think that this year I have spent more time not gambling than I spent gambling! Day 200 will arrive before Christmas! Little goals and achievements mean so much!

I hope you all have a great gamble free weekend because I certainly will!

Been a good week with no issues. Working hard and enjoying the time being gamble free is giving me. Still really positive, I am in control and will not allow anything to stand in my way of recovery. Tomorrow will be a fantastic day, I hope it is for you too!!!

Having a nice relaxing weekend. Golf tomorrow so about to get very cold!

No thoughts or desire to waste the last 173 days by doing anything other than focussing and enjoying where I am now. I have spent more of 2015 not gambling than I have spent gambling! I love my life now and can't wait for tomorrow as that will be another great day because that is what I choose! Have a good one everybody!

Day 180 . A significant day as 180 degrees represents the shift in my life. A complete turnaround and long may it continue. Visited a charity shop today to buy something for my aunt. As I paid for it, the lady serving me said "would you like me to add a pound to your total and give you one of our lottery tickets" without even thinking I replied "You can add a pound but I don't gamble" only after I had said it did I realise the enormity of what I said!! Tomorrow is going to be a great day for me, I hope it is for you too.

Xmas decorations up and 2 more busy weeks and work beckon. Good news is that there isn't anything that will take my focus away for working and ensuring my nearest and dearest have a great Xmas.

Going to get blown around a golf course tomorrow but it will be a great day! Hope it is for you too.

Looking forward to tomorrow as it will be another great day. Hope all is well with everyone else. For those who are struggling I can only say that the good choices you make will reward you every minute of every day! Keep the focus!

I have decided to celebrate day 199 in my recovery instead of tomorrow which is day 200. My reason is that every day I don't gamble is an achievement BUT does not make it any more likely that I won't gamble tomorrow! The only reason that I won't gamble tomorrow is that I chose not to, that is exactly the same position I was in on day 1 and indeed every other day!

Today is going to be a great day for me and I hope it is for you too!
