Two days since i posted....... and boy have i had a lovely time....... spent saturday sun bathing and had a bbq...... then sunday had bbq 6 friends came over and we also watched the football and boy oh boy im soo happy...... get in..... i had a couple of cans of jd and felt soo happy..

Then as a celebratory treat and as i was drunk i bought the fake lego death star...... now the real one costs 890 pounds..... the fake on the other hand i managed to get for 156 pounds....... which as its 79 cms wide, 70 cms tall, and 10 kgs of weight of bricks is quite some bargibn...... some have trouble building with pieces not as good as real lego however other have built perfectly so im thinking if i take my time ill be able to do it..... lets hope it turns up......

Overall a lovely weekend.

evening dear diary,,,,,,,,

Another lovely day.......

Cancelled the death start a sthought it might get knocked over..... and fall to pieces.....

Started a health kick to lose weight......

uploaded the nhs weight loss app......

aim is for the next 12 weeks to eat a maximum of 1900 kcals a day.....

If i do over the 12 weeks ill go from 92.5 kgs to 86.5 kgs which would be the lightest ive been for 20 years..... so all in 12 weeks sounds achievable........ i have my reservations about it working as it usually doesnt...... but i can blame science if i stick to it exactly and i dont lose weight.....

Back to work tomo 🙁

oh well short week....

Right cheers Stuart just the positive enforcement I need .....

breakfast 68

lunch 216

dinner 600

fruit 60

ixecream 100

crisps yog 228

weekday no milk 1272

week 6360

weekend

jd 296

Saturday total no milk 1568

2840

week total 9200

goal daily kcals 1500

10500 kcals per week

milk 1300

kcals per 100ml 66

x 100ml allowed per week 19.6969697

so about four pints a week allowed

Now this seems easy......but I literally drink three times this milk at mo.......  And that exactly where Ive been going wrong .......and that's not including milk at work!!!    I'll have to knuckle down on milk but I think this doable and I've found my kryptonite
