Hi Adam

Amazing number mate.

Just make sure you don't go without food wise. Everyone needs a treat, not least of all you after all you've achieved mate. Keep having that nice steak once per week, makes it all worth while

Ive had a mixed day........ Started at work as usual..... start of the week pretty ok day...... trimmed some bushez..... done usual daily jobs..... nothing spectacular.....

Then went home and started thinking of buying pokemon cards....... as a hobby...... started looking at them and ordering some.... plus a binder.... protection for the cards etc...... spent 71 pounds a lot...... then realised as they are valued cards and can go up and down in value and u can sell them that they are kinda like a form of gamlbing....... i was getting excited again...... and thats kind the reason i think.... i felt some dopamine again stuart i think....... so ive quickly cancelled all orders and got refunds..... so no harm done......

done 11700 steps today 15700 for the week soo far after two days....... will aim to get it up to 30000 tomo for the average 10k mark .......

I bought some spag bol 99p meals as i like it....... and tried the hot pot one today very nice..... will buy some more of those.....got my sandwiches ready for tomo........

Up late with all this buying and watching spurs so will now try to unwind and get to bed in half hour....

Hi Adam

Well recognised again, anything where you can win or lose is gambling and card collecting is definitely one of them mate

Well done mate, not every day can be fireworks and champagne so it's good to have those normal days so you can enjoy the good ones, a little more mate

Did you cancel the order for the Pokémon cards ?

Another day........ another week....... started the week off slowly yesturday with a 600 step day....... spent mostly watching the footy......

Today pretty lazy day at work......... i dont usually feel too motivated on a monday and today was no different.......  done 10k steps however so not too bad really.....

Last night my new lego set fell of my shelf......... in a large bang the pieces went everywhere...... it was a bit daunting putting it all back together...... thought it may take days....... but thankfully it only took 2.5 hours after work...... then put some blue tac under the wheels of all three neew sets that all have wheels.....

Just spent 50p on some bread today........ saw some reduced meat but thankfully didnt buy any as have plenty in freezer already and trying to stick to my budget target set early this month.....

Im getting my wages paid into monzo this month and next to take advantage of a 50 pound gift reward for doing so.....

Looking to try to save as much money and spend as little as can over the next few months..... going well soo far......

Spurs game tomo night and they will hopefully secure prem league status for next season heres hoping ey..
