Thanks Gregg,Dan, junniee, Cheryl, and Steve xx

Good evening diary.

460 days and what a total out of the ordinary busy day I have had,

Nothing went to plan lol, except for my early morning swim, different incidences kept cropping up, that kept me well busy, but it felt good today to feel wanted and just trusted to be able to help, someone ,

When I was in the grip of gambling, I was no help,to anyone really, least of all myself.

Wishing everyone a strong, determined and safe gambling free evening.

Suzanne xx

Good morning diary,

461 days, and all is good, (even though it keeps raining lol)

Am sooo very proud of delboygolf reaching that wonderful 500 today, he has done fantastic, showing us all that it can be done,

Staying with recovery 100% is a very big key, and being in recovery is an amazing way to keep going OAU

ODATT (junnnieee) reaches that magical 3% today one whole year(waiting for her to check in lol) she has worked soo hard for this and truly deserves to be in the one year club HDs.

My choice again today simple I am saying YES to recovery and NO to gambling whatever the weather brings today.

Wishing everyone a lovely, peaceful and safe gambling free day.

Suzanne xx

Good morning diary,

462 and it's Monday already lol.

How my Monday's have changed, they used to be my day off at my previous very stressful job, I used to have LM on a Monday,

and I used to spend half the day on my laptop losing 100s, whilst having what was supposed to be quality time with him.

Ohh how my Monday's have changed, I work Monday's now, in a much less stressful job, and when I do have LM ( which is 3 times a week now) he gets my 100% attention now, and I get 100% quality time with him, HDs indeed.

Wishing everyone a strong, positive and safe gambling free MONDAY

Suzanne xx

Sorry for making you wait...I had good intentions but I was thrown by the support & just spent the entire day racking my poor little brain cell! It's dead now so could be a while before a new one grows...Plus, Mr G hasn't spoken to me about the all winners party yet so it really is just another day in recovery 🙂

Great to see your Manic Monday is more Happy Monday now...For this reason alone (never mind the millions of others), we can never go back!

HD, it sure turned out nice again, OAU ODAAT - Juuuuuunie

Hi Suzanne

Thanks for the post on my diary, you are correct, things are going along nicely then all of a sudden we get an urge out of nowhere. I am on 55 days now and am not prepared to throw it away. Once again thanks.
