I am starting again today, don't really know where to go with my thoughts. I am very confused, jittery and really just not settled I suppose for today my main goal is to be gamble free this time tomorrow. Life is so simple without gambling but so complicated with it.

Day 2, under enormous stress not gambling related but it makes recovery more difficult but soldier on we must that is the life of a compulsive gambler trying to sort themselves out.
