Day 79 for me and no thought of gambling.

Reading diaries like yours does spur me on.

One day at a time though..... we will change our lives.

many thanks for your ongoing support my friends 😉 things have eased off a bit on relationship front and was round thurs and friday...still a helluva lot to work on but its a little progress (i am totally mixed up by it all to be honest but im well aware my troubles have got ME to where i am)... im in work today and managed to find a computer to do some posting...funny thing is the computer is right by the entrance door where just about everyone can see what youre upto....in the past i would be too ashamed incase someone saw me,not now i am PROUD of my achievements to date and long may it continue 🙂 today i wont bet, tomorrow i wont bet, we can do this my friends 😉

Working on a Sunday hai,To true wp, feel proud of your achievments.A lot of people wont understand that but im sure everybody on this forum can sure relate to.... Nothing at all to be ashamed about in shouting from the roof tops that you got sucked in by the gambling beast........coz now your the WINNER....

On another note, just on my way out for a roasty and a couple of beers, dont work to hard.........onwards we march together.......

Thanks for your post mate. Yes it's 80 days for me today and no thoughts of gambling anywhere near me.

I'm following you. Posting little and often, staying in touch with the s***e that awaits us if we go back to gambling, and starting to enjoy some of those forgotten pleasures that we can have when we do not gamble!

You have the time under you belt now and have the tools to deal with those issues without having to go back to gambling....

Hi wp, I've just counted 11 posts since your last post!!!! This just shows the amazing support you give on your diaries. I hope your ex does read your diary (apart from the clip round the ear you might get!), she would see how much you have changed. Hopefully the trust will come back and things become more regular with the bairns. I know you don't see yourself as a legend and I would agree with that! We are all here because we have let people down. All I can say is you are caring, decent, honest and trustworthy....things I'm sure you couldn't have said over a year ago. Russ
