You are right GT - another gamble free day and starting another month the time flies by - will soon be christmas!
Feeling tempted tonight. OH gambled again today. Got a bad cold and feel like P**P! Why does my brain think gambling would make me feel better. It needs rewiring. Its that being a 'crutch' again.

OH got paid and gambled again as soon as money went in. Thankfully only spent £60 and self excluded but it justs really annoys me - doesnt seem like he is trying. Its not the money either it affects both of ours moods too!
