Stop now before it's too late. Come off the site, self-exclude etc...you know the drill! This could be a blip...don't let it be a sustained period of gambling or else it will be harder to bounce back from. You've done so well and you can do it again, just stop now.

You held out for so long girl, I sensed it was going to happen;((, and am not surprised or shocked because how can it be easy for you, no support from your OH, he doesn't care because he is in the grip of it, sorry and may be out of order a bit, but he has done you no favours, and you have worked soo hard to get to nearly one year.

Ok you have tasted that forbidden fruit that only harms us, and I will guess it tasted quite sweet, and I guess you felt some sort of immediate relief, mixed with guilt and shame:((

No need to say sorry to us girl, you have our support unconditionally, but you must learn from this, you need now to get tough with your OH, nothing changes if nothing changes. Folks say we can't blame anyone but ourselves, but there is always a trigger, when we relapse after being gamble free for so long, you have done amazing, you never got complacent, or thought you could now control it, the addiction was quietly waiting for one tiny little gap.

Close the door to it, you have your lovely daughter to think of, but you have you to think of,too, and you know gambling is not the answer, Even if you win you lose, you know that so what is the point.

Hi wants2stop,

So sorry I'm late in supporting you. I am not active on here recently and truly didn't see you struggling...

Listen, no way you're back to day one. Please don't let your mind trick you in such thinking and keep those door firmly shut. For many of us, slips are a learning curve. It happened...ok, dust yourself down and move on.

Most importantly look at that angelic face of lil bundle. Her smile will melt any ice you might of come across recently. Don't give up ☺ keep fighting ! For you - for her future.

Don't beat yourself up..keep posting, we are here to support.

Listen you are not back to square one, you scratched that itch, well done for coming back and getting back on the right path:))

I know it has been very hard for you, with your OH gambling, which you say is a trigger at times:((
