Having a bad time lately with work being awkward with my flexi request - stressed/upset etc but not going to use gambling to escape this time.

Feels a lot longer than a week as been thinking about gambling more than usual but feel confident i can do this again

Could be tempting this week as OH on nights but keeping busy instead

Hey, it's only tempting if you allow it to be;))

Keep strong double figures tomorrow, and remember, gambling is a total waste of our time, lives, and money, because we can't win because we can't stop, so what's the point.there is no point whatsoever.
