Only 4 more days till 2 weeks!! 1 day at a time x

Just popping on. What a difference in a day. Feeling positive this morning. Now having urges. OH been gambling since yesterday and watching it 'flicks' a switch in my head to do it. I will not give in this time though. Need to stay strong. Just starting to feel a little better (the guilt was killing me at first) not going to put myself through it again for a bit of so called fun. One day at a time. We can do it xxxx

Remove yourself from the situation hun, don't watch! Whatever it takes!! You don't have to feel guilty. You are strong and back to feeling positive. It's just a feeling and will pass. Yes we enjoyed it once but no more because we cannot stop and that's ok cos we're not doing it any more. Done. 1 day at a time in it together xx
