140 days today. ...thats a week off of my best ever break.

Still working in Saudi in my 6th week and I'm so looking forward to getting home to see my family.

its getting a little bit harder to keep away from gambling and urges are arising.

I wont be having a bet as im stronger now but its frustrating for me.

2 days off of my best ever number of days abstaining.

Hi MBA, be proud of yourself very proud, your doing so well and you must keep it up, life is so much better without gambling. I packed in smoking 2 years in March and since not gambling I've had the urge for a cigarette which I've also not done. Same as gambling once you start one leads to another and another. I think we will always have to be on our guard, I want to be debt free and if I carry on like I'm doing it will all be done and dusted by this time next year. I've changed almost back to,the person I was before the dreaded gambling, I can sleep peacefully and I like it. Keep fighting, best wishes x
