29 days!feeling great,no urges to play as I know I can't deposit with my bank card.Everything is going smooth at the moment.Slowly getting more money in to my bank account and I am very happy.

Day 31!Going well,no urges to play.For few days I realise I am very lazy,have plenty work to do but I am without energy.

It's amazing what you start to see once your mind focuses on things other than gambling :)) Just get rid of what you don't need in your life and hold on to what you do ! Take care Janulka :))

Day 35! I really enjoyed the Halloween with my kids,watching them very happy.At the moment my mind is set up on no gambling,I m not even thinking durring the day to play.From tomorrow will try to quit cigarrets ,maybe I can do it,I don't want to have any bad habits.We ll see how will go.

Day 37!Still GF

Day 39!I miss one day but still GF.Feeling good,positive.I m teaying to do tidy in my life with everything,I get rid of the people who are fake,I m not smoking second day but I m not feeling so strong.When I came here first day I new it's gonna be something like new beggining of my life.This side and people in here gave me a lot of power,thank for that.My feeling are very strange as want to show to everyone that I can do it and my life will go on like a example for everyone,I don't know if is it like suppos to be.When I m reading other people diary and they just starting and I know they have that bad feelings and feeling quilty,I am proud from myself and quiet happy that I am not there anymore.I know it shouldn't suppos to be like this and in my head is still mess.I know that with gamble problems I can be on the beggini again in one second and hoping for power to don't go there never again.Please don't understand me wrong I am not kind of person who finks that I m beter then others,no ,no ,no.I can't understand why I didn't see my problem with gambling before,whay I has to go long way to see it and start to do something with it.To be honest ,someone in here gave me that idea to scratch the security number from my bank card and seems to be working very well for me.Coming Christmas soon and for the first time I am very happy,finally I will get money and I can buy very nice presents.
