Hi Janulka , have you self excluded from these sites ? if you have they shouldn't be throwing offer's at you at all , if that's the case email them and tell them you wish for no further contact from them and threaten to report them to the Gambling commision , or you could just report them as well ? :)).

Fight the urges and remember why you came here and what your doing it for :))

Stay safe and I'll talk with you soon .

Alan

Hi Jan,
Have you thought about maybe creating a new email address?
If you want to leave the old life behind You need to rid yourself of everything that was related to your gambaling account's.
As you know most bonuses come with a withdrawal clause ie 35 times stake to be spun before withdrawal. You've got more chance of guessing my phone number than ever getting close to a withdrawal amount.
It's just a marketing ploy to make you believe you're getting something for nothing when in reality there odds of taking your money go through the roof.
You can beat the casino today
And you can do that by not playing.
You've done an amazing 23 day's
Obviously you have proved to yourself you don't need to gamble
What's the worst that would happen if you don't gamble?
You'll have more money less misery. Sounds to me like not gambaling is better than what we we think we'll get from gambling

Have a great one.

Thank u Dean for your support.U are all rite, the reason why I am here is to don't play. When I'm thinking that I could play today and feel that feelings of looser make me sick. But I didn't play today and I m proud of myself,is the really first time when I thought all day about slots but I didn't play.Everythink is going in good way.My £380 what I have in my account are still there!Amazing that I have any money in my account as I use to have on minus all the time.

Dreams can become a reality Janulka , but you have to work hard to achieve what you came here to do :)) , Nothings going to happen overnight but all those little changes youv'e been making will one day add up to a big change .

Just focus on why you came here and the way you felt on the first day , who would want to go back to that and don't forget we cannot win because we cannot stop , you only start winning for real when we stop gambling and get our life back .

Keep strong and fight for what you really want :))

Best wishes Alan
