No turfs today. I really can't be bothered with it. I have wasted enough money over 13 years.

I did go for a walk yesterday but after work I succumbed.

I have a 6 day week. Busy in work.

At least i have got the wife a valentines gift.

That post above has made me think these past few days, so i thank you for that.

I live in a inner London city estate, full of fellow serps and peasents with probably a 80% addiction rate. The environment we live in does indeed have a bearing on our well being so good luck on you leaving as i also plan to leave my environment.

Your caught in the eye of the storm with the gambling bud, need a bit more effort from your side, which no doubt you dont need telling. The best valentine for your Mrs is a clean toad which equates to a good Paul...
