Thank you for the post. You worried me a little :-/ ...are you sure you ok? I gather you're not a athlete Ken (;-)) but you sound like you are really exhausted.
Closing the shop down occasionally is ok, as long as you open it the next day!. Nice and steady, at your own pace.
You do need to put yourself first tho, so please keep taking extra care of you!
I also think that pressure and worry you have about upcoming event is taking energy out of you. Don't fear, it all will be great and you come back calm, relaxed and with huge smile planted on your face! You might even consider to keep shop open 24/7 ;-)...all this stress and worry you have now - will definitely go in due course!

Can't quite work out his I've done it, but I've managed to squeeze everything into my hand luggage case. Mr LB is still muttering about my need to take 5 pairs of shoes when we're only going for 3 nights, but hey...what does he know? Luckily he hasn't seen the handbags! The two of us are off for a long weekend (no kids...hallelujah) then we're home for a few days then off again on the family hols. Doubt I'll see you at the airport, but I'll be thinking of you. I've no doubt you'll have an amazing time at the wedding. Relax and enjoy it....I know you'll be bursting with pride. Can't wait to hear all the details when you get back. Good luck with the speech! Well I hope you're all packed a ready to go tomorrow(I think). It looks like you have made it to the first goal, be gamble free when you proudly walk your lovely daughter down the aisle. You can hold your head up high and say I'm gamble free just like we talked about all those months away.

I'm sure you will knock out a belting speech and I'm sure you you will pull on a few heart strings and you might even get a few laughs just dont over shadow the best man they can get precious about that.

Look forward to hearing how it goes and if you join us over on FB I might even get to see some pictures of the big day, you're not in an all white suit are you like the Liverpool FA cup team lol.

It was hard to share but hopefully will give other's the push to share there deepest regrets or secrets
It felt good to share it tbh it's been there a long time.
I mean these day's I far away from who I was back then.
What I tried to get across was holding in my emotions bought a whole new set of problems.
One of my best mates who I work with now also had the same ocd problem except his was doing a certain routine before he left the house. I clocked he was doing a pattern and asked him and he denied it at first but once I told him about mine that's when he admitted it. But when we realised we were both doing obsessive things that's when we started talking about it and realised it was stupid. Funnily enough we started gambling together. He always tells me the first time we lost on a fruity in a pub he was absolutely gutted. And he swore he would never play them again. And he hasn't. It's funny how different we are because I took that loss personal and chased it down for year's. Yet he walked away that night with a 20 pound loss. Anyway I'm babbling on

Onto you have you thought about putting a fake horse's head in his bed the night before the wedding
