No more half hearted efforts

Thanks Sharon I'm glad you're doing well too! I don't feel complacent as I know how easy it is to slip back in but I sort of feel the further out of its grips you get the easier it becomes. I think of spending all that money now and the gut wrenching feeling of will I won't I win my money back and I cringe. What a horrible position I used to put myself in. I focus now on positive changes and I'm getting bills paid on times and in full and that's what I enjoy seeing the most. Apart from of course seeing the old me well no not even the old me but a new me that is calm, happy and has gone through hell and come out in a better place because the old me didn't know how hard life could get so didn't appreciate the little things. But I do now. Cheesy as hell but I'm so proud of myself. I like myself again which is something I haven't done it a long long time. Love to you all xxx

Just a quick check in as I don't come on here much lately. 91 days. 9 days shy of 100 days I actually can't believe it. It's as if a flip switched in me the last day I gambled and In the first couple of days and weeks I fought urges but honestly now I don't think about it at all hence forgetting to check in on here. Loving life. Focusing on more positive things. Best wishes to everyone in their journey x

Thankou freshstart! The key to my success was deffinitky distraction! I submerged myself into a different hobby and distracted myself with that and it has worked for me. Well done on 5 days!!

100 DAYS!!!! Wow I made it to 100 days today. I'm going to blow my horn and say I'm so proud of myself :') my life has started to repair and i have been 90% happy since my last gamble in march. When my debts are gone I can see that reaching 100% but for now I'm taking t day by day. Happy Friday guys! Xx
