Had a dangerous thought about an hour ago.,an email came up for a site I am not excluded from. I did not act upon it And did ask to unsubscribe but still had that one thought in my head of just a tenner. So glad I didn’t as can go to bed with a clear head.
Another sunny day tho windy. Another positive day for not wanting to gamble. Do have the regret head on when looking at bank overdraft and all the monies spent but know this is an addiction so know there are consequences which I hope become positives eventually. Sat watching t v with my dog who I would be lost without. She doesn’t judge but have even pushed her away when trying to concentrate on slots so even she will gain, as if wasn’t winning would get so edgy with her. Just reminding myself constantly how good the future can be
