Day 96 and another 20 km done on my bike this morning.
day 97 and 21 km this morning. It was hard because half of the journey was uphill. Legs are gone this morning lol.
Getting closer to saturday and 100 days.

Have you got something planned for Saturday Steve? I always found that rewards for small milestones helped to motivate me when I was trying to get along my way. 100 days is several big steps along this journey to being gamble free, and definitely worth congratulations.
As for your cycling, if its anything like it is here with you, it may be cooler tomorrow. Having had a week or so of good weather, it broke this afternoon with a typical Swansea rainstorm!

Nothing planned Ryan only work mate lol. Then saturday night and sunday with my kids! I might take the kids out for a nice meal on saturday night.
Done 23 km this morning and feeling pretty good.
Loving the cycling.
Just over 2 months until i wave good bye to my 25 year career as a golf club professional, can't wait to start my new job with my brother!
Well it's day 100.
Pretty pleased with myself. Its doesn't feel like i have ever gambled before! It feels like another world away but i know that i have to keep my guard up.
But for now i am just enjoying the moment of 100 days gambling free.
