Yes loving the bike doing over 25 km every weekday morning now and i am aiming to get as fit and as lean as possible. when i start my new job i will be very active in that as well.
Its funny how as you get older you look after yourself more. determind to be a fit 41 year old lol.

Went to Cardiff bay yesterday for tea and we parked in the dragon centre and then its a short walk across. on return to get the car you have to get the car park ticket stamped in either a bar(but you have to buy a drink) or the casino(that i am a member of) my partner knows i am 108 days gamble free and trusted me enough to walk into the casino go to the loo and get the card stamped and walk out! which i did!!!! I cant say i will never go in a casino again as i have mates that like a gamble but i will neve stake a penny in one again.
